The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with a huge TV perfect for a cozy movie night. the staff, especially Grace at the front desk and Paul in security, went above and beyond to assist, which meant a lot as my husband is recovering from a stroke. the location was ideal for ASU softball games for my granddaughter. the staff's kindness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable, and we appreciated their support during a difficult time. The convenient location near ASU sports, along with the great bed linens and pillows, made for a comfortable stay. the check-in staff not only ensured our room met our needs but also helped us find local dining options and even arranged for delivery of a delicious meal. Although breakfast was not available, the overall experience was positive due to the fantastic staff and comfortable room amenities. In times of hardship and stress, the warmth and support of the staff at Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix University shone brightly, making our stay a pleasant and comfortable one. the clean and quiet room, along with the friendly and accommodating service, created a welcoming environment during a challenging time.
